Ingvar Villido, is a modern wisdom teacher, self-realized yogi, researcher of human potential, and best-selling author. Ingvar combines his ancient yogic traditions with scientific knowledge and empirical research to be accessible, logical, and practical for everyday people. He’s described as the Leonardo da Vinci of our inner world. After incubating his teachings in Estonia, he's on a global mission to help humanity reach our highest conscious potential by helping people free themselves from the autopilot of their thoughts and emotional behaviors while activating super consciousness qualities.
Ingvar is the creator of the acclaimed Art of Conscious Change system, described by European media as a “revolutionary new teaching for humanity”. Ingvar is the founder and teacher of The School of Practical Awareness, an internationally recognized awareness school; Human 2.0 a global consciousness educational company platform, and Lilleoru; an eco-village NGO hub and Kriya Yoga center.
Ingvar’s teaching career spans over 25 years, 3,000 lectures and 18,000 students around the world. He is recognized for his national bestseller “Emotions. Humanity’s Biggest Addiction” and his pioneering research titled “Awareness as the New Paradigm for Personal Sustainability”.
Ingvar holds the distinct honor of a Kriya Yoga Acharya (master teacher) among other prestigious spiritual recognitions in Buddhism, Hinduism, and Dzogchen, and others. The roots of Ingvar’s approach are based on his authentic yogic lineage, particularity from the ancient Siddhas of India - perfected individuals who have attained intellectual powers called siddhi by constant practice of certain educational & scientific disciplines.
After the result of intense personal practice between 1981-2000 Ingvar underwent a series of “inner transformations”. Since then he has remained in the "lasting state of deep peace and bliss". He now serves the mission to upgrade people to “awareness as a new paradigm” by providing wisdom and methods to help liberate humans from their internal automatic reactions to living free in true self and the primacy of consciousness.
